Bed and Breakfast Policies

  • Rates include full breakfast.
  • Rates are Canadian funds plus 6% GST tax
  • We are a non-smoking house (smoking is outside on covered patio's).
  • Sorry, no children, we are adult oriented.
  • Check in is after 4 pm (please let us know if you need to arrive at an alternative time); check out is 11 am.
  • A credit card number is required to secure a booking; cancellation must be prior to 14 days before your date of arrival, 30 days for long stays of 7 nights or more or bookings of multiple rooms, otherwise payment of all nights are charged if rooms are not filled.
  • A 25.00 fee per room will be charged to late cancellations. No shows are charged full amount.
  • Balance of payment is due upon check in.
  • We accept Visa and MasterCard.
  • 2 night minimum stay may be in effect in High Season, Weekends or Holidays.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service.
